📄️ What is 'Creating the Team Edge'?

'Creating the Team Edge' is our tried-and-tested team coaching model. It identifies 7 characteristics of high-performing teams: Purpose, Identity, Values and Beliefs, Awareness, Relatedness, Ways of Working, and Transformation. Our Team 360 uses our team coaching model to analyse and transform teams on their development journeys with a team coach using two high-speed technologies. A Team 360 Questionnaire asks chosen participants to respond to 42 questions across all 7 characteristics plus 3 open-ended questions. Then, a Team 360 Report is generated to collate and visualise the responses.

📄️ Why do some bars on the report not add to 100%?

All the calculations for the report are accurate but approximations used to display different values may make it seem wrong. If 7 people respond, each person accounts for 14.2857142857%. The unfriendly number of decimal places does not fit on the page easily so we use 14.2857142857% behind-the-scenes for accurate calculations but display it as a whole number by rounding it to 14%. 14% each for 7 people is only 98%, even though 14.2857142857% each for 7 people is the full 100%. On the page, we show you the rounded number for simplicity to make sure it fits on the page but, in the calculations, we use the actual number for accuracy to make sure it is correct.

📄️ Why are some responses missing?

We love how participants can use our web application from anywhere. Whether you are working from home, commuting to work, or already in the office, you can respond to a questionnaire while you have an internet connection. However, obstacles, such as tunnels or walls, may drop your connection or reduce its strength. In this extremely rare case, some responses may not be transmitted to our server. Our databases uses offline persistence techniques, meaning this should never be an issue anymore. But, the web application can detect participants with missing information. If you find a participant has missing responses, please ask the participant to re-respond to the relevant parts of the questionnaire.

📄️ How do I ask a query, join a team coaching programme, or report a bug?

There is a lot of support, especially around quirks and clarifications, in the web application itself. Each feature in the coach portal is contained in a drop-down. Support is available in each drop-down either in the fine-print at the bottom or the instructions at the top. Occassionally, support may be found adjacent to specific drop-downs. Our user guide also has step-by-step instructions in the tutorials on how to use each feature correctly and how to complete common tasks. The frequently asked questions (FAQs) have many detailed instructions on how to handle quirks and how to conquer common user issues.
