📄️ What is 'Creating the Team Edge'?
'Creating the Team Edge' is our tried-and-tested team coaching model. It identifies 7 characteristics of high-performing teams: Purpose, Identity, Values and Beliefs, Awareness, Relatedness, Ways of Working, and Transformation. Our Team 360 uses our team coaching model to analyse and transform teams on their development journeys with a team coach using two high-speed technologies. A Team 360 Questionnaire asks chosen participants to respond to 42 questions across all 7 characteristics plus 3 open-ended questions. Then, a Team 360 Report is generated to collate and visualise the responses.
📄️ What is the purpose of the coach resources?
The coach resources provide email drafts and spreadsheet templates for team coaches and team leaders to standardise and simplify how we communicate and avoid common issues. These can only be accessed if you have setup at least one Team 360. For each draft communication, please replace all placeholders (XXXXX) with suitable information before sending.
📄️ Why do some bars on the report not add to 100%?
All the calculations for the report are accurate but approximations used to display different values may make it seem wrong. If 7 people respond, each person accounts for 14.2857142857%. The unfriendly number of decimal places does not fit on the page easily so we use 14.2857142857% behind-the-scenes for accurate calculations but display it as a whole number by rounding it to 14%. 14% each for 7 people is only 98%, even though 14.2857142857% each for 7 people is the full 100%. On the page, we show you the rounded number for simplicity to make sure it fits on the page but, in the calculations, we use the actual number for accuracy to make sure it is correct.

Trello is a reliable email communication platform we use to send our emails rapidly. Our automatic emails use dynamic addresses which may be blocked by organisations on a few (but not most) occassions before it ever reaches you. To avoid issues, please:

A lot has changed between the legacy system and the current version. We have used our consistent and incredible user feedback, alongside our internal testing procedures, to create a better, simpler, and faster product. For example, we:
📄️ Why are some responses missing?
We love how participants can use our web application from anywhere. Whether you are working from home, commuting to work, or already in the office, you can respond to a questionnaire while you have an internet connection. However, obstacles, such as tunnels or walls, may drop your connection or reduce its strength. In this extremely rare case, some responses may not be transmitted to our server. Our databases uses offline persistence techniques, meaning this should never be an issue anymore. But, the web application can detect participants with missing information. If you find a participant has missing responses, please ask the participant to re-respond to the relevant parts of the questionnaire.
📄️ How do I get an accreditation code?
You may only create an account if you have a valid accreditation code. We only provide accreditation codes to team coaches who have graduated from one of our team coaching programmes. Please get in touch at info@performance-edge.co.uk to find out more and join an upcoming cohort.
📄️ Why is my Team 360 Report not downloading?
Our report generation software does not work on mobile phones or tablets, such as iOS or Android devices. It is recommended to switch to a desktop or laptop, such as Windows or MacOS, to generate and download a report. Once downloaded, it can easily be opened on any device and sent via email.
📄️ Why has my downloaded Team 360 Report not updated?
Sometimes, more participants may give responses since you first downloaded a Team 360 Report or some participants may change their responses after downloading a Team 360 Report. Any Team 360 Report that was previously downloaded cannot update automatically as it is a static file without access to the internet. Instead, you must regenerate the Team 360 Report in the 'Coach Portal' and download it again to reflect the latest changes.
📄️ Does each team pay separately?
A Team 360 Report costs £200 and should be used for one team only. It is recommended to integrate the web application into your team coaching plan from the start by clearly communicating its benefits and costs to the team. We also suggest repeating the process with the same team after performing much of their team coaching intervention in order to detect progression, which could motivate the team to continue.

There is a lot of support, especially around quirks and clarifications, in the web application itself. Each feature in the coach portal is contained in a drop-down. Support is available in each drop-down either in the fine-print at the bottom or the instructions at the top. Occassionally, support may be found adjacent to specific drop-downs. Our user guide also has step-by-step instructions in the tutorials on how to use each feature correctly and how to complete common tasks. Sometimes, participants may have been included in the spreadsheet but did not receie an invitiation email, are not included in the participants' table, or are not included in the key statistics. This is a rare edge case but can be rectified.
