Why can I not find the invitation or reminder email?

Trello is a reliable email communication platform we use to send our emails rapidly. Our automatic emails use dynamic addresses which may be blocked by organisations on a few (but not most) occassions before it ever reaches you. To avoid issues, please:

• Check your email inbox and spam folders.
• Add our email address, noreply@creatingtheteamedge.com to your contacts list.
• Use the 'Test Email' feature on the 'Coach Portal'.
• Fill out and send the 'A draft communication from Team Coaches to IT Administrators' email from https://tinyurl.com/tc2it to your IT Administrator.
