Why can I not login to my account?

Not being able to login is frustrating. If you answer 'no' to any

  • Are you using the latest version of the web application (available at: https://creating-the-team-edge.web.app)?

  • Are you at the wrong web address (i.e. there should be no www. and no http://, but there should be https://)?

  • Do you have a strong and stable internet connection, with no nearby outages?

  • Are you spelling your email address correctly (e.g. full stops rather than commas)?

  • Have you spelled your password correctly?

  • Are you clicking the 'Login' button, instead of pressing the 'Enter' key?

  • Are you using your latest, correct, and valid password?

  • Have you deleted your account recently?

  • Did you graduate from one of our team coaching programmes (i.e. only graduates can create accounts)?

  • Have you entered an accreditation code into the website?

  • Did you ever attempt to join the web application in the past?

  • Have you reached and seen the coach portal?

  • Is the web application down for maintenace?

  • Is Google Cloud or Firebase down for maintenance?
