Why is my Team 360 Report not downloading?

Our report generation software does not work on mobile phones or tablets, such as iOS or Android devices. It is recommended to switch to a desktop or laptop, such as Windows or MacOS, to generate and download a report. Once downloaded, it can easily be opened on any device and sent via email.

Some devices running MacOS by Apple have a common and unfortunate bug where applications, including web browsers, cannot open the file explorer to download, upload, or save files to the device. Please save any progress and restart the device to fix this temporary issue.
