Participate in a questionnaire

1. Find the latest invitation or reminder email from the team at Creating the Team Edge (noreply@creatingtheteamedge.com) in your email inbox and spam folders

2. Click the red 'Start' button or follow the link to open the Team 360 Questionnaire

3. Read and agree to the privacy policy before starting - you may request the Team Coach removes your personal information from the Team 360 at any time

4. Open the white 'Instructions' tab to read the instructions before starting

5. Read 'Question 1' and choose the most applicable response for this team - Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Undecided, Agree, or Strongly Agree

6. Repeat the process for the remaining 41 questions

7. Scroll up and down to find, review, and update your answers to previous questions.

8. There are 42 questions in total spanning the 7 characteristics of high-performing teams from the 'Creating the Team Edge' model - read the white characteristic description cards to find out more

9. Enter free text comments to discuss the team strengths, areas to develop, and ideas for action in the white 'Summary Comments' box - please do not copy and paste your responses

10. Click the red 'Finish' button to save your summary comments and complete the Team 360 Questionnaire - please keep the invitation and reminder emails for you reference
